We allow the software to co-manage a project down to the Gantt chart level. This allows us to report to the owner on a weekly basis and manage all trades on the job, manage all material delivery timing, and confirm that the subcontractors are performing the job to the exact set of plans. We mitigate any process issues, manage all Change Orders, RFI’s and deliver all Submittals to the owner at the completion of every project.
