Project Management

  • Reviews documents for completeness with Owner ensuring that the wants and needs of the Owner are met/covered

  • Assists owner on solicitation of bids

  • Reviews bids for completeness help to ensure that all aspects are covered

  • Reviews contractors/sub-contractors License, Bond and Workman’s Comp ensuring they are valid and up to date

  • Ensure the IIPP is submitted and applies to the project

  • Reviews both preliminary and final schedule ensuring MFB date is adhered to

  • Payment Applications submittals has taken place.

  • Assists with FF&E

  • Chairs weekly or bi-weekly construction meetings, ensure Meeting Minutes are distributed and utilized as the next meeting agenda

  • Reviews 3 week look ahead schedule to see if it aligns with the accepted Schedule

  • Monitor milestones and long lead items

  • Review and process/recommend

  • Review and process Change Orders

  • Review RFI prior to sending to AHJ (sometimes in conjunction with)

  • Create logs for Submittals, Change Orders, RFI and Payment Applications

  • Walk job site ensuring quality of work and safe conditions are adhered to

  • Assist architect in preparing Punch list and acceptance of any needed corrections

  • Monitor/assist in Closeout procedures ensuring required Training, Manuals, Attic Stock per the submittals has taken place
